Nancy Schoenmakers is a Dutch photographer based in Amsterdam. Our fashion stylist, Tricja, recently worked together with Nancy for the first time. Although they know eachother for quite a while, they never had the chance to work together. Nancy is a very nice and sweet person to work with and super professional.
Nancy has a great passion for fashion photography. She received her Bachelor of Arts at the Utrecht School of Arts studying art and design. After receiving her degree she studied at the Queensland College of Art in Brisbane, Australia as an exchange student, and went on to study fashion and commercial photography at the Royal Academy of Art in Den Haag and graduated in 2008.
Her style of photography is a mix between glossy and edgy. It’s feminine, bold, colorful, fresh and glamorous. She has published in several national and international magazines. Outside Amsterdam she often works for clients in New York and Los Angeles. She also loves to travel abroad and enjoys creating cool editorials during her trips.
